Whole-home windows & doors
Replace your windows
with confidence.
Tell us about your home. We'll confirm your project, answer the initial questions, and arrange a free estimate with one participating local installation company in your area.
One local installation partner. Your request is never sent to multiple competing contractors.
One local partner
Your project is introduced to a single participating installation company — never a list.
No shared request
We do not resell your details or run your project through a contractor auction.
Human confirmation
A coordinator calls you to confirm the project before anything is scheduled.
No-obligation estimate
The estimate is free. Nothing is owed if you decide not to move forward.
The difference
A window replacement project should not begin with five contractors calling you.
Most online quote forms are auctions. The moment you submit, your phone number is distributed to whoever paid for it, and the calls start before you have decided anything. Window Ally is built the other way around: one project review, one phone conversation, one local installation company.
Typical quote marketplace
- Your request is sent to multiple companies
- Repeated calls from contractors you did not choose
- Unclear next step after you submit
- Little qualification before the calls start
Window Ally
- One participating local installation company
- Project confirmed by phone with a coordinator
- A scheduled estimate on the calendar
- Clear expectations before the visit
What we match
Replacement projects, start to scheduled estimate.
Window Ally currently focuses on replacement projects, not glass or hardware repairs.
Why homeowners replace
Six reasons a house tells you it is time.
Most projects start with one of these, and end up covering several. Any of them is enough to be worth an estimate.
Drafts and uneven temperatures
Rooms that never hold their temperature usually point to failed seals, worn weatherstripping or single-pane glass.
Rising energy costs
Older windows lose conditioned air year-round. Modern insulated glass packages are built to slow that down.
Outside noise
Traffic, neighbors, aircraft. Laminated and multi-pane glass options are designed to reduce what gets through.
Difficult operation
Sashes that stick, will not stay open, or no longer lock are a daily annoyance and a safety issue.
Condensation between panes
Fog inside the glass means the sealed unit has failed. It cannot be cleaned — the unit has to be replaced.
Curb appeal and home value
New windows and a new entry door change the front of a house more than almost any other exterior project.
How it works
Three steps, and you know exactly who is coming.
- 01
Tell us about your project
A short project assessment: ZIP code, whether you own the home, roughly how many windows or doors, and your timeline. It takes about a minute.
- 02
We confirm the details
A Window Ally coordinator calls you to understand the project and confirm it fits the participating company's service criteria and coverage area.
- 03
Meet your local installation company
A confirmed estimate goes on the calendar. The installation company is identified before the appointment, so you know exactly who is coming.
No sales visit is scheduled until we have spoken with you.
Design inspirationOne partner, not a bidding war
Your project is introduced once.
Window Ally does not send your information to a list of contractors. When coverage is available, your project is introduced to one participating local installation company serving your area — after we have confirmed the details with you by phone.
- No contractor auction
- No resold contact details
- Company named before the visit
- Free, no-obligation estimate

Questions
Straight answers, before you submit anything.
If something here is not clear, ask us on the contact page before you send a project request.
Is Window Ally the installation company?
No. Window Ally is a project-matching service. We review your project, confirm the details with you by phone, and arrange a free estimate with one participating local window and door installation company. All installation work, pricing, contracts and warranties come from that company.
Who will perform the estimate?
A participating local installation company that serves your area. The company is identified to you before the appointment, so you always know who is coming to your home and when.
Will my information be sent to multiple contractors?
No. Your project is introduced to one participating local installation company. We do not run a bidding auction and we do not resell your request to a list of contractors.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The in-home or virtual estimate arranged through Window Ally is provided at no cost and with no obligation to buy.
Do you handle window repairs?
Not at this time. Window Ally focuses on replacement projects — whole-home or multi-window window replacement, patio doors and entry doors. We do not take glass repair, screen repair or hardware repair requests.
Can I include patio or entry doors?
Yes. Patio doors, sliding doors and entry doors can be included with a window replacement project, or submitted on their own.
What happens after I submit my project?
A Window Ally coordinator reviews your request and calls you to confirm the basics: the property, the approximate number of openings, whether you own the home, and your timeline. If a participating company covers your ZIP code and your project fits their criteria, we schedule the estimate and confirm it with you.
How is the participating company selected?
By coverage and fit: which participating company serves your ZIP code, and whether your project type and timeline match what they take on. If more than one company covers your area, we introduce your project to one of them — not all of them.
What if coverage is not available in my ZIP code?
We will tell you plainly instead of passing your details on. If no participating company currently serves your area, we say so, and you can ask us to keep your request on file until coverage becomes available.
Do you offer financing?
Window Ally does not offer, arrange or guarantee financing. Financing, pricing, warranties and promotions are offered independently by the participating installation company, and any terms come directly from them.
