Who carries out the work
Window Ally arranges free, no-obligation in-home estimates for replacement windows, patio doors and entry doors. The estimate and the installation are carried out by the local installation team that serves your area, and your installation agreement — including pricing, payment terms, workmanship and warranty — is with that company.
Your details go to one team
We do not sell homeowner requests and we do not distribute one project to multiple competing contractors. Your project goes to a single team. If no team currently covers your ZIP code, we tell you rather than passing your details on.
Pricing, financing and warranties
We do not quote prices over the phone. Your written price comes from the installation team after they have measured your openings. Financing, promotions and warranty terms are offered by that company, and Window Ally does not offer, arrange or guarantee financing.
What we do not claim
- We do not publish review counts, ratings, certifications, awards or logos we have not earned and cannot substantiate.
- We do not present reference or stock photography as completed Window Ally projects.
- We do not run countdown offers or expiring discounts that reset every month.
- We do not claim any affiliation with a government programme, rebate or grant scheme.
