How Window Ally is paid, how a company is selected, and what that means for you.
Window Ally is not the installer
Window Ally is a project-matching service. We do not install windows or doors. Every estimate, product, price, contract, financing arrangement and warranty comes from a participating local installation company, and your agreement is with that company — not with Window Ally.
How we are paid
Window Ally is compensated by participating installation companies for introducing qualified, confirmed projects and for scheduled estimate appointments. Homeowners pay Window Ally nothing. The estimate arranged through Window Ally is free and carries no obligation to buy.
How a participating company is selected
Selection is based on coverage and fit: which participating company serves your ZIP code, and whether your project type, scope and timeline match the work they take on. Where more than one participating company covers an area, we introduce your project to one of them. Because we are compensated by participating companies, this is not an impartial ranking of every contractor available in your market, and it is not a competitive bid.
Your request goes to one company
We do not sell project requests, and we do not distribute one homeowner's request to multiple competing contractors. If no participating company covers your ZIP code, we tell you rather than passing your details on.
