Window Ally exists because starting a replacement project should not mean handing your phone number to five companies at once.
What Window Ally is
Window Ally is a project-matching service for homeowners in the United States who are planning to replace their windows, patio doors or entry doors. We review the project you describe, confirm the details with you by phone, and — when coverage is available — arrange a free estimate with one participating local window and door installation company.
What Window Ally is not
We are not the installation company. Window Ally does not manufacture, sell, measure or install windows and doors, does not hold contractor licenses, and does not provide, arrange or guarantee financing. Pricing, product selection, contracts, financing, warranties and all installation work come directly from the participating installation company, and any agreement you sign is with them.
Why one company, not five
Shared-lead marketplaces sell the same homeowner request to several contractors at once. That is why a single form submission can turn into a week of calls. We introduce a project to one participating installation company that serves the area — after a coordinator has spoken with the homeowner. If nobody covers a ZIP code, we say so instead of passing the details on anyway.
How we talk about our work
Every claim on this site is one we can stand behind. We do not publish review counts, project totals, ratings, certifications, awards or partner logos we have not earned, and we do not present stock or reference photography as completed projects. Images across the site are labeled as design inspiration or category imagery until real, documented project photography exists.
