What we do
Window Ally is a windows and doors company for homeowners across the United States. We handle replacement projects — whole-home window replacement, patio and sliding doors, and entry doors. You tell us about the house, an advisor calls you to go through it, and your free in-home estimate is booked at a time that suits you.
How your project runs
One advisor stays with your project from the first call through to the appointment, so you are never repeating yourself to a new person. The estimate and the installation are carried out by the local installation team serving your area — the crew we work with in your market — and your installation agreement, pricing and warranty are with that company.
Why one team, not five quotes
Most online window forms are auctions: your phone number is sold to whoever paid for it, and the calls start before you have decided anything. We do not work that way. Your project goes to one team, your details are never shared with competing contractors, and if we do not cover your ZIP code we tell you instead of passing your details on anyway.
How we talk about our work
Every claim on this site is one we can stand behind. We do not publish review counts, project totals, ratings, certifications, awards or partner logos we have not earned, and we do not present stock or reference photography as completed projects. Images across the site are labeled as design inspiration or category imagery until real, documented project photography exists.
