1. The service
Window Ally operates a project-matching service. We review residential window and door replacement projects submitted through this site, confirm the details with the homeowner, and — where coverage is available — introduce the project to one participating local installation company so that company can arrange a free estimate.
2. We are not the installer
Window Ally does not manufacture, sell, measure or install windows or doors, does not hold contractor licenses, and is not a party to any contract you enter into with an installation company. All products, pricing, financing, warranties, workmanship, scheduling and service are the sole responsibility of the participating installation company. Window Ally makes no representation or warranty about their work, their pricing, or the outcome of any estimate.
3. No guarantee of coverage or scheduling
Submitting a project request does not guarantee that a participating company serves your area, that an appointment will be scheduled, or that a project will be accepted. We will tell you if coverage is unavailable.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including your own contact details.
- Submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for.
- Do not use the site to submit false, automated or abusive requests.
5. No financing offered
Window Ally does not offer, broker, arrange or guarantee financing, rebates, tax credits or promotional pricing. Any such terms come directly from the participating installation company or a third-party lender, and are subject to their approval and conditions.
6. Intellectual property
The Window Ally name, brand mark and site content are owned by Window Ally or its licensors. Photography on this site is licensed reference imagery used to illustrate project categories and design ideas.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Window Ally is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any installation company.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
