1. The service
Window Ally arranges free, no-obligation in-home estimates for residential replacement window and door projects submitted through this site. An advisor confirms the details with the homeowner and books the appointment with the local installation team serving that area.
2. Who performs the work
The estimate and any installation are carried out by the local installation team serving your area. Window Ally does not manufacture, measure or install windows or doors and is not a party to the installation agreement you enter into with that company. All products, pricing, financing, warranties, workmanship, scheduling and service are the responsibility of that company.
3. No guarantee of coverage or scheduling
Submitting your details does not guarantee that we cover your area, that an appointment will be scheduled, or that a project will be accepted. We will tell you if we do not cover your ZIP code.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including your own contact details.
- Submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for.
- Do not use the site to submit false, automated or abusive requests.
5. No financing offered
Window Ally does not offer, broker, arrange or guarantee financing, rebates, tax credits or promotional pricing. Any such terms come directly from the installation team or a third-party lender, and are subject to their approval and conditions.
6. Intellectual property
The Window Ally name, brand mark and site content are owned by Window Ally or its licensors. Photography on this site is licensed reference imagery used to illustrate project categories and design ideas.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Window Ally is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any installation company.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
